I was first introduced to Andy Buchan by Worcester Bosch who highly recommended his skills concerning renewables, ground source heat pumps, hot water and underfloor heating etc. This was exactly what we required.  He came out to see us, he was very approachable and incredibly helpful in guiding us with a complaint we had against the company we had purchased our system from & also with the regulator. Andy has been available many times with telephone help, his knowledge and the way he explains things is excellent. All any of us hear anymore is 'sorry about that' well, Andy has proved him self a worthy aid over this very difficult period for us. We would recommend him highly to anyone.
